Refund Policy for Fees

Your Purchase is Appreciated! We strive to ensure a fulfilling journey for users exploring, evaluating, and investing in our online training courses.

Just like any online buying experience, the following rules apply to our Refund Policy. By purchasing a training course listed on the FunctionUp website applicable for Data Science program & AI augmented Full Stack Development program, you are in agreement with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the following guidelines.

General Payment Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy -

 

The responsibility falls squarely on the user who enrolls in a Program to review and verify the various features, details, accuracy, and suitability of the chosen Program. In certain justified situations, we might consider a partial refund if valid supporting documents are provided to substantiate the stated reason for requesting partial or full cancellation. Should you encounter any challenges or wish to provide feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We have consistently gone above and beyond to assist our learners and integrate their feedback.

 

Please note that any upfront payments for the course are strictly non-refundable, without exception in case request received outside the Refund window. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Lion's Lane Technologies Private Limited (TheCapitalGains), full payment for program participation is required at the time of registration.

Fee Payment

Upon registration, full payment is required for Program participation and consulting. Alternatively, you can secure your spot by paying the registration fee (stated on respective product pages or communicated by program counselor). The remaining program fee (Program Fee minus registration amount) must be paid within 6 days of registration to avoid additional charges. The responsibility of completing the documentation process resides on the learner. The learner can take FunctionUp’s team’s help in securing financing.

Failure to complete the remaining payment within 6 working days after registration (or within an extended period under specific cases) may lead to enrollment cancellation. Reach out to your Learner Success Manager or Career Guide for extensions.

Non-payment to Lion's Lane Technologies Private Limited (TheCapitalGains) or its financial partners could result in Program access withdrawal.

 

While you can cancel your enrollment at any time, note that once payment (in part or full) for a Program is made, refunds will not be issued. We are dedicated to supporting your career journey and ensuring your satisfaction. Please be aware that usage cessation or discontinuation does not qualify for refunds.

Cancellation and Refunds

 

TheCapitalGains reserves the prerogative to reschedule or cancel an event should unforeseen circumstances arise, such as instructor illness or force majeure situations including, but not limited to, natural disasters (like floods, earthquakes), political instability, health emergencies, and pandemic conditions. In such instances, we are committed to prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants and stakeholders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate these exceptional circumstances to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

 

Refund requests will not be accepted if you have actively participated in the training (online or offline) for more than 3 sessions or have accessed/downloaded course materials from the learning portal. It is important to initiate your refund request within 15 days from the cohort start date; any requests received beyond this period will not be eligible for consideration. Kindly note that refunds will not be granted for courses that were purchased at a discounted rate. In cases where the registered delegate fails to attend the scheduled sessions, a refund will not be provided. Please be aware that any taxes and transactional charges incurred will not be included in the refunded amount.

 

Keep in mind that the processing of all refund requests will be completed within 30 working days, pending the review and approval of such requests. In case live classes are being attended, charges will be deducted from registration fee paid or complete program fee. Our commitment is to ensure a fair and transparent refund process, while also emphasizing the importance of timely communication and adherence to the outlined guidelines.

 

Important Note – Any dispute, difference, or query that may arise between the involved parties or any individuals deriving claims from them, related to or originating from this agreement or its subject matter, shall be directed to a sole Arbitrator as chosen by the first party.

 

The decision rendered by the arbitrator will be conclusive and obligatory for all parties hereunder. The designated location for arbitration will be Jaipur (Rajasthan). Additionally, any and all disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts situated in Jaipur (Rajasthan), India. This clause underscores our commitment to efficient conflict resolution and clearly establishes the legal framework for addressing potential disagreements.
